My event is 10 hours long. What it the protocol for making poaps available for something that length? Would I create multiple poaps/phrases? Would I run into repeat art issues?

The claim window can not be longer than 15 minutes.

So it would be up to you to choose the placement of that window within the Twitter Space.
Maybe you could make those 15 minutes at the time when most people would be in the live Twitter Space.

Due to time zones this may cause some issues. May I submit for a second POAP and have an AM and PM version? So art would not be the same. But I would have two windows. 5 hours apart

Yes that would be a wonderful adjustment!
As long as:

1. the artwork reflects the AM and PM sessions respectively
2. the claim window is 15 minutes or less

Great! I will also have two different phrases and both windows only open 15 minutes. I will need to start fresh so this POAP adequately represents the time of day. I will fix that up and submit for two separate poaps ASAP. Thank you so much for your time working with me on this.
