What do exactly people have to do to earn the POAP?

We have a number of educational courses in a Learning Management System (LMS). Our staff are given pathways to complete, which consist of written docs, videos, and quizzes. Once they have learnt the subject and passed the quizzes they are sent a PDF certificate, on this PDF is their link to claim their POAP
