Still not able to post in Issuer appeals

Hi there, folks - thanks for all the inspired work you do. I have worked my way through the starter documentation and engaged with various content here in discourse. I feel I have a reasonable understanding of how things work here but I still am unable to post in Issuer Appeals.
It is still showing the “Welcome! Please take some time to read the Code of Conduct, Curator Guidelines, and familiarize yourself with the POAP community.” message.
I know the response to this is that I’m supposed to spend at least 10 minutes reading content or read 30 posts, but I’ve done both and it’s been a couple days.
