Thanks for the quick response. We had already sent our claim links to people and 57 of them have already claimed a POAP. I don’t quite understand what you mean by “no claims by email” - apologies, can you clarify?
Since we already reserved and issued it to people, we’re hoping to not revert or reissue the ones we already allocated. We’re mainly using these to grant access into our community in Discord. We’re ideally looking for a top up of 50 for now, in order to bring in more contributors into our community.
Additionally, is there a way to easily view which claim link is already used vs not?

We need to know how many individuals in total do you expect to set up their community onboarding via https://app.otterspace.xyz. ? How many POAPs in total? What is your Cap?
POAPs can be issued for special events and memorable moments of all sizes, physically or virtually, provided good cause to do a drop.
POAPs for early adopters are a great use case but you have to constrain it to a specific time frame or decide how many people you plan to reward this special gift. The value of the NFT is on its scarcity.
