  3. Nature of the event - mentioned above. It’s a reminder to people that consistency is important and their efforts will pay off eventully
  4. Distribution plan - last time I DMd every single person with a link. Took me some time but worked fine and was very much worth it
  5. Why do you believe this petition is being held?
    Not a clue… In January it worked well, I’ve made other poaps too so thought it would go flawlessly again

The Curation Body made a negative review of your petition. This is considered engagement farming:

The POAP Foundation frowns on overly superficial forms of engagement farming. POAPs as a reward for promotional activities (like generic social media engagement, or simply joining a community) are usually rejected in absence of further information for consideration.

Hey Fiorescan,

I get what you mean but I’m not doing that at all. I’ve never asked people to like or RT to get the poap. I’m trying to create a positive environment and only do that once a month.

Last time I did a POAP, I shared a positive message. The post was filled with comments of how a friend has helped them in 2021. It was beautiful to read. I replied to every single comment too

I deeply care about my twitter community and not being able to do my monthly poap is very discouraging. I get where you’re coming from but can you please reconsider this decision?

Even look at the POAP that I submitted… it’s about being consistent. It’s to remind people to not give up even when they’re not seeing results. Is that not something you’d like to see being encouraged??

What other information can I submit? This really means a lot to me. Please, let’s make this work

Hey, sorry @Mitkopitko7 - actually, there’s a bit more than what @Fio explained. At the core, the issue with your petition is that it’s not strictly speaking an event - and POAPs are issued for attendance to an event.

But here’s a small tip: If you were to reframe this petition a little bit (eg., run a Twitter space themed around consistency, ask people to Tweet about one thing they learned, and without posting this explicitly give a POAP to the people who did what you requested) – we’d be all good here.

Does that make sense?
