POAP linked with Snapshot Proposal

Hello!
By following the guide over at POAP’s support, I’ve submitted a form to link the poap with our snapshot proposal. It has passed over 48hours without any links between them.

How Do I Set Up the POAP Snapshot Plugin?

is there something I should do or set up wrongly on the POAP?

We typically link Snapshot proposals after voting has taken place.

When does your voting end? When was your last correspondence?
( It was with Customer Support via the pink chat bubble?)

ah I didn’t know it was only after the vote has ended. ok then, it will only end on the 20th of April.

You don’t need to submit another one. (Even though I see you did )
Just submit it once, even if it’s not closed yet. We will look at it once it’s closed.
Your Snapshot is already in the queue to get linked, it might take a while.
We will inform you once it’s linked.
