    https://opensea.io/collection/smart-a-world is our collection and it is growing next week to over 700 members. Our community is about finding ways to use NFT’s for business and learn how to build communities around it. The Material is hosted here https://smart-a.com/ but it is only open for the actual community members.
  3. Nature of the event
    We are taking the people on a 8 week journey to learn all the relevant things about NFT’s and would like to give them a poap once they have completed the challenges as a certificate of being part of this together with us.
  4. Distribution plan
    In our system once they have reached a certain level of knowledge about NFT’s and how to use them for their business, they are awarded with the POAP to represent being part of the nft revolution.
  5. Why do you believe this petition is being held?
    I dont know…but i am happy to provide all the information required to do this. Maybe 1000 is too much or the timeframe? We could update that if you would feel better about it.

Secret word is not the appropriate distribution method for your use case. Common use cases are digital meetups like Twitter Spaces or Discord stages where you can share the Secret verbally and close the minting window after the drop ends.

For your particular use case, the best distribution method would be Mint Links.

We also noticed that the amount of POAPs requested is high for your community (you requested 1000 PAOPs while you have 700 community members). The number of POAPs requested should approximate attendance somewhat closely. Curators monitor the size and nature of the communities issuers request on behalf of to evaluate whether requests are reasonable.

Hey @Fio ,

i replied to the mail with the codes (where i got 50), but that is really a problem for us, since we are having those 700 people and its kind of impossible to explain and manage giving out 50 per ?! day? week?

Can you please let me know what we can do to solve this? We would like to have either secret words or a code to give away and we are also willing to pay for this since its is very important for us to use POAP for our community and later make them the cornerstone for them and make utilities available around those poaps…

If we can only get 50 codes at a time than this would mean we would need to look for some other solution :(.

Before we issue more codes for your drop, we love to know that the first 50 that were already positively reviewed were put to good use. Each POAP is a gift from an issuer to collectors, in celebration of a special shared memory. Properly honor those first 50 & the Curation Body will consider your request for additional codes.
