The POAP Curation Body made a negative review of your petition since you reutilized the artwork from other drop (#41722)
Please make each POAP unique, for each unique moment in time. The simplest thing is just to add the date to the art somewhere so that it’s slightly variable (but still serial).

Yes, you could do that 
We also noticed that your petitions didn’t have any website linked. As a general rule of thumb, issuers should provide as much information as possible when submitting their drop petition. The more information, the quicker curators can clear the queue.
