How are you planning on getting POAPs to individuals? After the event I will request the same number of codes as there are signatures in the guest book on the voxels parcel: Voxels - Why do you believe this petition is being held? I think the reason this poap didnt go through yet is because I requested 0 codes with it. The codes will be requested after the event when I know what number to request.
