So your plan is to distribute via delivery method? Delivery is a tool that whitelists Ethereum wallet addresses to be eligible to mint a particular POAP.

We would be sending out the links to the people whom were at the event. We took down their eth addresses & usernames to match with the list we had saying they attended & wanted a POAP.
