Hello,

I’ve requested 100 tokens for my upcomming event. The event has been approved but with only 20 mints + 9 links.

any reason this was approved that way instead of the 100 mints with the secret word?

(I’ve requested the other 80 mints already).

  2. Community information (All relevant socials Twitter, Discord, Youtube, Websites, etc.)
  3. Nature of the event
  4. Distribution Method
  5. Why do you believe this petition is being held?

I think all the information you are asking for is already on the event link I provided already.

not sure how to answer the point 5 though, but it is weird I’ve received some links when secret word was the distributon method.

however the event is tomorrow, so we will work whith this and then try again for next week event again.

That’s why the POAP Curation Body made a positive review for 20 Secrets.

For future drops → please follow the guidelines to prevent farming:

  • Use a random Secret; don’t use a word that is in the title of your drop. For example, for a drop titled “Isabel’s Birthday at Ahupulco,” a secret word like “WeLovePuppies” is fine, but “IsabelAhupulco” is easy to guess and should not be used.
  • Activate the Secret only at the start of your event and deactivate it as soon as it finishes.
  • Only say the word verbally (don’t share it by DM or elsewhere online).

ohh I see what you mean now. maybe my secret word was too easy to figure it out.

I’ve created another drop, still hasnt been approved but now I’m making sure this is not happening again.

The POAP Curation Body made a negative review of the petition since it’s a past event now and there’s no way to distribute the POAPs safely.
