  2. Community information (All relevant socials Twitter, Discord, Youtube, Websites, etc.)
  3. Nature of the event
  4. Distribution Method
  5. Why do you believe this petition is being held?

Hey Fio,

I apologize for not following the structure as I was talking with a customer support rep and my event was in about an hour from when I submitted my question. This is my first time trying this out so I apologize again, but I was wondering if you could help me with an issue that occurred during the mint? When certain collectors tried to mint their POAP it was giving them an error message or it just kept spinning and spinning and never minted to give them a confirmation. Is there anyway for me to go back and mint the leftover ones so that I can give them to the rightful individuals?

How would you verify the participation of those people?
How many they are?

We’ve noticed that some of your POAPs were minted by farmers-- people who are only after free NFTs :confused: How did you distribute the POAPs?

Please avoid pre-announcing the POAP, since this attracts farmers.

They were absolutely not farmers because i confirmed with them while in my Twitter Space. Can you share who claimed one so i can verify as I know each person in my community? Thank you!!

You can see the people who claimed the POAP here in the gallery:

the higher the number on the right hand side the more likely that they are a farmer

After reviewing and triple checking those addresses were real people in the space not bots. There were however some individuals who had the same issue I had which was upon minting, it showed that it was still minting for over 10 minutes. I somehow got mine but others did not get theirs. How can I get them their POAP? Thanks so much in advance.

Yes sorry about that. You will have to request a top up of mint links no more than 10
to cover the people that missed the event that you will distribute to them manually.
