For non Web3 peeps the mention of ETH wallets leaves them looking like rabbits in the headlights
The first email that new collectors currently get if they don’t download the app first asks straight away for an ETH address
We’re finding that most people just give up at that point if they’re new to our Web3 world
Can you consider making it more friendly and accessible by suggesting first, or clearly alongside, that using the POAP app is the easiest way to get going?
