Hello, there! I have created drop and have not received confirmation within two days. I requested 1500 POAPS - we have large attendance figures and previously you were able to give us over 1000 links so we are expecting a big turn out again.

Here is my current issue:

I am trying to set up my POAP distribution and I see this error:

  • As a user, I was not informed beforehand about this limitation
  • I see I am unable to change image upload on drop creation page.

Does this mean I need to restart this process? or can it be picked up from here?

My event is tomorrow night and I would like to have everything in order for the event so that my users don’t have to wait for POAPs again past the event like the previous time.

can you please check the event ID?
Your Event ID is the number preceding the name of your Drop:
