Nature of the event
Every Tuesday on our discord we have an AMA on our stage channel where we explain our protocol and also bring other guests like Sushi, Gelato network and in the near future more protocols like maybe guild.xyz etc. to talk about DeFi and why we partnered with them. And to those who are listening and engaging with us we distribute POAPs that we use for our Discord roles through our guild.

Why do you believe this petition is being held?
This petition is being held because we didn’t expect that kind of growth in our Discord. so we asked more mint links because we had more people in our AMA than links for distribution but they are still pending.
Actually we tried to have more mint links during the creation of the event, but we received only 200.
We are trying to get in touch with the POAP team to see if we can avoid the mint link caps for our future events.
For our next “Taptalk AMA” we are expecting even more people than in the last one.
I’m “Make It So” in our Discord also, community admin, and one of the founders “Matt” usually create POAP events so I’m reaching out on his behalf.
This appeal is also more for our future events because we have exponential growth of people on our Discord and since we have our AMA every week then with every next AMA we need to double the mint links
This AMA already passed and POAPs, the ones we get, are distributed
You mean who is eligible for a POAP and who is not? Guild or Degen bot gives us the list who attended our voice AMA and then we use their delivery system so people who are on the list can claim the POAP.
And we use those POAPs in our guild TapiocaDA0 for the Discord roles.
Also Dyno bot keeps the logs files who’s coming and leaving in our voice chat so I can do cross reference with the Guild or Degen list.
For instance those POAPs are from our latest AMA Claim your POAP where we were short with the number of mint links.
We also use SESH discord bot https://sesh.fyi/ where we schedule our event and where people can RSVP so we can be more accurate on our assessment how many people will be on the event and how many mint links we need.

We just need the ability to mint more links for our future events.
We will probably need 400 min next week and about 600 min the next. We don’t want to have to make our own NFTs
We’re not abusing the platform, we’ve already had Lido, Sushi, and Blocmates, and LayerZero will be coming on soon.
You are more than to continue to create POAPs. Each event you hold will need to have it own POAP.
Each event needs:
its own separate POAP Drop Petition
unique artwork
unique description
submitted at least 24 hours ahead of the event in order for the Curators to properly review it
And we are doing this for every single event.
Every single event has his own separate POAP drop petition, unique artwork and description, and it’s always submitted min 24h before.
