Event #23718 & #24218 codes not received

Hello, I am hoping you can assist me with my code requests? I submitted event #23718 on 1/19 for 150 additional codes and never received them. I also created event #24218 on 1/22 and have never received the codes.

Any assistance would be appreciated!

Unfortunately, your drops were reviewed with negative results.

The information provided was vague:
Artwork, Description & Social link cohesion did not meet POAP criteria
