If you want to check on the status of your petition, you should do so by using the chat bubble in the lower-right corner of the POAP website.

  1. Click on “check status of my drop”
  2. Enter the POAP Drop ID (event ID)
  3. The bot will announce the status of your drop
  4. If you need to appeal a decision, click on “Submit an appeal”
  5. Click on the link and fill out the form with all info requested
  6. Stand by and wait for a reply within 3 business days
