    ENS Updates in an M-F Twitter Spaces Show that has been running since June. It consistently brings together 150+ participants. The topic is the show is ENS, ENS Domains, ENS Ecosystem, and ENS Onboarding.
  3. Nature of the event
    We want to offer one POAP/week on random days each week. The POAP is a way to thank our regular supporters who contribute to the show daily. In the future, we would like to use POAPs to create giveaways.
  4. Distribution plan
    We would like to distribute 100 POAPs via the Secret Words
  5. Why do you believe this petition is being held?
    I have designed POAPs before, but this is my first time setting one up. I was not familiar with how the Secret Words work, and my initial window was initially too long. I have corrected it, and haven’t heard back. Since the date was initially set up for yesterday, it has to be changed, and the system is not allowing me to change it and resubmit a petition.

The ENS Updates show happens Monday-Friday 11 AM - 12:30 PM ET
If we could get the POAP set for either tomorrow’s show (Friday) or Monday.

Your Secret Mint Window is set up for a past date (Sep 14), and it’s still too long. Mint Window should be open for 15 min max.

Can you please update the date and mint window? You can do it via the Secrets admin panel: [POAP - The bookmarks of your life]

I have been trying to do that, but it seems that the system is locking me out.
I don’t have the option to edit it.

I updated everything to the required specifications.
I set it for today with a 15min window.
Please let me know if we can get it approved for today’s show.

The mint was successful. Three questions,

  1. The host of the show, along with a few other participants who tried to min were not able to mint. This is the message he received. Do you know what the reason might be?

  2. Could I request a few additional links to give to the participants who had problems?
  3. In the future is it possible for the mint window to be 30min? It is a live show with speakers, and it is hard to plan for that particular time window, so it made things chaotic.

1- Maybe the mint window was closed?

2- I see you have 100 mint links approved, you can use them to reward the participants who weren’t able to mint.

3- Regarding the mint window: our recommendation is that the secret word is announced during the last 15 min of the show.

You might not be aware of this, but the POAP ecosystem is struggling with POAP farmers-- people who are only after free NFTs. You could try with a 30 min window, but the secret could be leaked, and all your POAPs would be farmed :confused:
So having a shorter mint window reduces the possibilities of farming.
