    MetricsDAO hosted a “Blockchain Analytics Course” series of live interactive educational sessions where we taught our members about the basics of blockchain analytics. Once our members complete an educational session they are required to take an exam and score a 70% or greater to confirm their attendance and comprehension of the material.

We would like to award a POAP to our members who attended our sessions and successfully completed the exam as a “thank you” and also as a kind of diploma. The two POAPs in question are for our third (#67797) and fourth (#67800) sessions. The Curation Body has previously approved two successful drops and deliveries for our first and second sessions. The third and fourth sessions are simply continuations of this educational series.

  1. Distribution plan
    We will be using POAP delivery to distribute our POAPs. To verify that a member has attended the event, they must successfully complete an exam with a score of 70% or higher to confirm their understanding of the specific material covered during the session. We use an exam with randomized answer and question orders to ensure that bots cannot easily pass the exam. If they score a passing grade we collect their wallet address for use with a POAP delivery. We also manually review all the wallet addresses we receive to weed out any farmers or repeat requests.

  2. Why do you believe this petition is being held?
    We are not sure why our original drop requests were denied. The drops and deliveries for our first and second educational session POAPs were approved by the Curation Body, but for reasons we are unsure of our third and fourth session POAP drop requests were denied. We previously provided additional information upon request and we are happy to do so again if there is still more you wish to know.
