Since your event is in-person, we recommend & insist on the use of Mint Links + Magic QR dispenser. It can be displayed across multiple devices + mediums:

Additionally, If you want to print POAP claim codes to hand out in person, we recommend using https://poaps.agency/generator. (They can be printed or placed on objects).

A couple of additional questions:

  1. Earlier this year, for a similar event in another city, we had cards printed with a QR code for a website, and used the website for distribution. We were hoping to be able to use the same method and have our city/event POAPs be a matching series (with matching-styled handouts).
    Am I understanding correctly that that method of distribution isn’t an option any longer? Meaning that if we want to hand out a physical object, it would need to be individual claim codes?

  2. Can we have more than one magic dispenser for our POAP? (like several people have dispensers on their phones, rather than a single point of distribution that people have to find)

  1. Yes, I know issuer’s used to distribute via website in the past.
    We’re updating our guidelines and that’s why we’ve changed some of the policies.

  2. Yes, you can have multiple Magic dispensers.
