    I’m not sure since they usually get approved fairly quickly. Maybe it was overlooked by accident?

Please reduce the claim window to 15 minutes. It is currently at 30 minutes.
where is this event being held?
is ti in real life or virtual such as a Twitter Space?

This is frustrating because your guidelines say to make it 30 minutes and I’ve done that at least 30 times now without any issues.

All of our events are virtual, but behind a token gate.

I have a list of people who attended the event since it has already passed and I would like to send them direct links to mint or open up the secret word just for them. Is that possible?
