   We plan to send POAPs to our friends who donated to us at Gitcoin GR15 to commemorate their contribution.
4. Distribution plan
   We checked and recorded the donor’s address through Etherscan, Polygonscan and Zkscan. We want to make sure that all of them can claim their POAPs through “address management delivery”
5. Why do you believe this petition is being held?
   I tried uploading all addresses using the " delivery management" function. But it is said, " error creating delivery: too many addresses". Maybe because there are more than 8000 addresses available to claim. I’ve already emailed Biz Dev on last Friendy and do not get a reply until now. Please help handle this issue, thanks.

What’s the eligibility criteria for this drop? Is everyone getting the POAP for voting?

Thanks for your reply.
Maybe you know Gitcoin Grant well, the transaction history of those who donated to us can be tracked on the chain by using Etherscan, Polygonscan and Zkscan. So we can be sure that everyone who receives a POAP badge is a real contributor.

We plan to honor their contributions with POAP badges and will set up different Discord roles, like “Early Issuers” in your discord server. So they can enter a private channel and participate in voting and other benefits.

Actually, I’ve double-checked on the discord server, iDecentralized said POAP Delivery is possible with up to 10k addresses. But when I uploaded all addresses, I got an “error creating delivery: too many addresses” alert.

Could you please help me to solve the problem? It’s been a week, and our users continuously ask about our POAP Distributing Plan.

This is Brian from the POAP Customer Support Team.This is a message regarding your POAP Drop Petition event ID #66833

Just a few comments and notes to clarify this drop and assist you.

Currently, the POAP delivery UI will only allow a maximum of 8,000 ETH addresses to be entered into the system when creating a delivery.

We would ask you to narrow down the list of wallets to the users that contributed more than 10 USD to your grant.

So if possible reducing the number of ETH wallet addreses to less than 8,000. then you can create a delivery petition —> How Do I Set Up Delivery? | POAP Help Center

If your list of ETH addreses is still over 8,000, then we will need you to separate (split the addresses ) into 2 delivery distributions. So you would create 2 delivery petitions.
