Nature of the event
Sustainability is a trending topic now and we’re planning on hosting a physical workshop (roughly 3h) at a local community centre on 17 May for around 300 attendees to educate and share with them what sustainable foods are all about.
Via poap.website - using QR codes that’ll be displayed on a large screens (available at the event venue only, so it’s not likely that this QR code can be spread anywhere else) captcha is also activated. [Is it okay if we display more than one copy of the QR code so that our attendees can scan them in different areas say on different screens? Just trying to make it easier for them to collect their POAPs]
Why do you believe this petition is being held?
Trying to clarify on the distribution plan, especially, so hopefully our POAP approval can go more smoothly.
*Edit - is it possible to start this drop earlier say on 14 May even though our event is on 17 may so that we can test out whether our website QR code works? Thank you!
