    We want to commemorate our supports who participate in our Portrait of an Early Bebopper survey. The survey was done as part of our community engagement activity for content generation such as Bebop user demographic, stats & confessions.

  4. Distribution plan
    We will distribute via Delivery method since we are able to cross match our community’s Discord username and wallet address. We previously had a bot which captured our Discord member’s addresses and we have asked them to fill in their Discord ID during the survey for referencing.

  5. Why do you believe this petition is being held?
    We believe we have adhere to guidelines stated when creating our POAP but we have received an email from POAP about negative review of this POAP.

Thanks for getting back.

Our community members answered a survey we created with 22 questions for content generation such as Bebop user demographic, stats & confessions.

The survey has ended recently and we thought of thanking our members who helped filled in the survey - POAP is the ideal token of participation to be given out. :slight_smile:

POAP has a guideline about pre-announcing the POAP: Guidelines Update: POAP Pre-Announcement

Within that statement the guidelines define engagement farming as:
Engagement farming is generally defined as issuers using POAPs in a way that incentivizes transactional behavior. Any statement to the effect of “Do X to get a POAP” is basically a marker of engagement farming.

in light of this definition of engagement farming - the POAP for completing a survey can be perceived as engagement farming.

Thanks for the clarification - we are aware of that.

Referring to your guideline shown below - we have never mentioned about any POAP rewards for participation of the survey before/ after the activity, you can check our posts for reference.

We concluded that pre-announcing there will be a POAP for attending an online event is against the POAP Quality Guidelines since it attracts farmers –people that are only after free NFTs and don’t really care about a project or community.

The survey has also ended and we didn’t announce POAP rewards yet - this is supposed to be a surprised drop with “Private drop” checkbox ticked. So I’m not sure how our POAP proposal breached the said guidelines.

The Curation Body has previously rejected this delivery petition.
The Curation Body does not normally approve petitions that are given for merely completing a survey.
POAPs are meant to bookmark life’s remarkable moments.
Completing a survey is not deemed a memorable moment.
