We concluded that pre-announcing there will be a POAP for attending an online event is against the POAP Quality Guidelines 13 since it attracts farmers –people that are only after free NFTs and don’t really care about a project or community.
Pre-announcing the POAP doesn’t only attract farmers, but also it seems to be used as an engagement farming activity. Engagement farming is generally defined as issuers using POAPs in a way that incentivizes transactional behavior. Any statement to the effect of “Do X to get a POAP” is basically a marker of engagement farming.

and I didn’t say anything "to the effect of “Do X to get a POAP” nor did I say Attend to get your poap….i simply mentioned there will be one and highlighted the artist

I appreciate the effort and the concern. But we have to uphold the Guidelines that Protect the POAP Protocol.
Announcing the POAP and even saying “Secret word” is only going to bring the farmers and people who are not in your community.
I changed the window to 15 minutes as you suggested

Today is October 25 you have the claim window for October 24
Im so sorry im in the spaces now and was rushing
So are my community members not going to be able to mint these in 15 minutes

In order to get them ready for review the date has to be changed using your edit code:

sorry can you tell me what that means? my space is almost over what should i tell my audience?
Can someone please help me with these POAPs? The last representative completely misunderstood or misread my invite and accused me of engagement farming when the only mention of the POAP on the invite was saying that it was created by one of our very own community members. I’d really like to know what I need to do, please help?
