[#60864] [08.19.22] [POAP Drop]

1. Drop ID - #60864

2. Community information

  • we issued 150 POAPS on 18 Aug 2022 (Drop ID - #59973)
  • however, we had over 500 people join the virtual event, and need to issue an additional 300~400 POAPs
  • Please see our socials below for evidence that we had held the event with over 500 participants:
    – Twitter - https://twitter.com/NAYUTA_TDNR
    – Discord (private) - N𝚫YUT𝚫:東京電脳R

2. Nature of the event

  • We commemorated a large milestone (moving onto the next phase) for our NFT project.
  • Our Discord consists of 1.5K people, but given the high-expectations for the upcoming phase of our project, we had over 500 people join the event

3. Distribution plan
Given the size of distribution (300~400) we are anticipating to distribute via “Deliveries”

  • we are currently collecting the list of eligible participant’s Ethereum wallet addresses

4. Why do you believe this petition is being held?
I have yet to receive a confirmation email for this drop (been over 36 hours), despite other drops which were requested after have been reviewed.
Please could you share the status of this drop?

Thank you!

Hello! If you want to get more POAPs for your event #59973
you will have to create the delivery.

It looks like your team did in fact create the event, please follow the directions here:

Thanks for the reply.
We will set up the delivery once we have finalized the eligible wallets.

I have another question - is there a maximum # POAPs that can be distributed in a single delivery?

As per my request, we are expecting 300~400 and was wondering if this can be distributed in one delivery.

Thank you for the help!

Hello @NeoKaku

The number of wallets you will have will be under the limit for the Delivery Distribution method.

Thank you.

I have some additional questions about claiming the POAP.
Q1. How will the eligible users claim the POAP after the Delivery has been confirmed?
– ie. what are the steps they need to take to receive their POAP
*it does not specify in the delivery directions nor the video inside it

Q2. Will the eligible users be able to claim in the POAP App?

  • will the users be able to claim the POAP in the App or only in the website?

Delivery URL: the subdomain your delivery will be hosted on under https://poap.delivery . The URL will result in https://poap.delivery/{delivery-url}, where {delivery-url} is the portion that you’ll enter into this box*.* Make sure to only use lowercase, alphanumeric characters.

@NeoKaku

claimable only through the website

Thank you.

What will they need to do logistically, after inputting their wallet address in “Address lookup” under the delivery URL?
Couldn’t find any resources/videos on what happens after this step

@NeoKaku

Once the wallet address is input the person would click the mint button and mint the POAP to their wallet.

Thank you.

Once the POAP is claimed, presumably the users can view their POAP in their POAP App too?

Hello @NeoKaku

that is exactly correct

Hi Julie,

I’ve finalized the list of eligible participants for the POAP.
For some reason, I am getting this error when setting up the delivery.

How do I resolve this issue?

hello @NeoKaku

did you figure this out?

Hey @julie,

No, I am still getting the same issue.
Is it because I have more than 400 eligible wallets? or something else?

Hello @NeoKaku

check the length of the delivery address:
Delivery URL: the subdomain your delivery will be hosted on under https://poap.delivery . The URL will result in https://poap.delivery/{delivery-url}, where {delivery-url} is the portion that you’ll enter into this box*.* Make sure to only use lowercase, alphanumeric characters.

Hi @julie , the Delivery URL seems to be right.
Also, FYI, all other items (Card title, Card text etc) are within the rules (none of them include characters over 100).

@NeoKaku

Do you have the addresses spaced properly?
No ENS names?

Hello @NeoKaku

use TinyURL.com - shorten that long URL into a tiny URL
to shorten the URL
see if that resolves it

@NeoKaku

it is related to the image URL
Image URL: the URL where your image is hosted. You can look for your event in the event panel and right-click the image of your POAP. Select “Copy Image Address” and paste it here.

Thanks @julie!

The delivery seems to have gone through and am now waiting for review.
