Why do you believe this petition is being held?
Almost 100 to 200 members join our community calls every week. And the reason I send topics like this about one time in a month to POAP discourse is still a mystery to me.

POAP is a free service and a public good. Curators review on average 2,000 POAPs per week. We do our best to review them on time, but if we donât, we appreciate that you take some time and effort to publish here on the forum, so we can expedite the review.
POAP is an ecosystem for the preservation of memories. POAPs are intend be mementos of remarkable moments. There is no particular transactional incentive.
âEngagement farmingâ is generally defined as issuers using POAPs in a way that incentivizes transactional behavior. Any statement to the effect of âDo X to get a POAPâ â particularly where X is an action that boosts performance in social media algorithms â is basically a marker of engagement farming.

Engagement farming is considered to be anything that incentivizes POAP redemption without real engagement.

If your events continue to have large amounts of farmers, we will not be able to process your future drop requests. As a community, you need to differentiate engaged participants from individuals that are only looking to extract value from your community. It is your responsibility to ensure the quality of the community in your discord.
We recommend starting this process by requesting a smaller amount of POAPs, to be awarded to your most frequent & engaged attendees. [ 25-50 would be a good starting point ] .
Once you have ensured that you community consists of only engaged attendees, we will be able to issue more POAPs based on need.
POAPs are meant to be bookmarks of lifeâs remarkable moments.
If a random, engaged people can claim a POAP from your event, it hurts the health of your community & ours.
