It looks like your team did in fact create the event, but no mint links were ever requested during setup.
You’ll have to use your edit code on (POAP - The bookmarks of your life) to request mint links there.

Many thanks - I‘d like to mint with a website but I have to test it beforehand so please approve the long mint window. It’s a private drop so low chance of abuse.
