How do I make a secret code for my POAP?

I made a secret code but it looks like it won’t be processed in time for the party. Please help!

Secret isn’t the appropriate method for IRL events. Common use cases are digital meetups like Twitter Spaces or Discord stages where you can share the Secret verbally and close the minting window after the drop ends.

That’s why the POAP Curation Body made a positive review only for your mint links petition.
I see only 3 POAPs have been minted: POAP Gallery

For future events: you can use Mint Links combined with the Magic Dispenser, which turns your Mint Links into a dynamic QR code. Here’s a tutorial on how to set it up.

Hi Fio,

Are event is over now unfortunately… Didn’t know that was the best way to do it. I will keep that in mind for future events.

Can we still activate the Secret? Only the people that attended the event have received the secret word.

We only have a list of discord IDs. There is no way to message only the people that attended the event. If we make an announcement with the mint links, then even the people who did not attend the party will receive the POAP.

We announced the Secret Word only at the party so this is the best and only way. All of our attendees are asking when it will be available!

You should generally know the exact amount of POAPs you require for your event.
especially for a holder party.
