I’d like to reward the first 2048 users who liked the page.
The POAPs will serve as an OG member pass to a Discord server I’m about to launch, and also to custom NFT drops in the future.
Distribution plan
I created a custom website with Facebook login integration to filter the users who liked the page on Facebook, and everyone whould get a single POAP claim link. A given user will always get the same link (it’s returned from a backend, so the links won’t be stored on the frontend).
Why do you believe this petition is being held?
I guess it’s due to the large number of POAPs requested. I hope it makes sense considering the above details. ^^
I created a test event (#46778) with 5 POAPs, which went ok, so we are ready to do the real thing…

The POAP Curation Body made a negative review of your petition since it doesn’t quite comply with the POAP Quality Guidelines
When we say that POAP is an ecosystem for the preservation of memories, we intend for POAPs to be mementos of a particular experience. A part of the core value proposition of POAPs is that they are a souvenir your get simply for doing something you generally like to do in your life – there is no particular transactional incentive. Being the first follower of a Facebook community is not really a remarkable moment.

thank you for the quick reply. I accept the decision of the Curation Body, altough I still think a POAP should be suitable for founding a community outside Facebook.
I understand that a Facebook follow or like generally does not count as a remarkable moment, but that’s exactly the point: I’d like to turn these likes into POAP-s so they could mark the founding of the community outside Facebook.
Fortunately I’m a developer, so I’m able to create my own NFTs (which was part of the “roadplan” anyway). I just hoped that I could use POAPs first as I do like the project and I hoped that my usecase would fit it’s purpose.
