  5. Why do you believe this petition is being held?
    我們是以永續為主題，以循環經濟、區塊鏈、新創三個方面作為出發來進行安排，會希望發行POAP的原因有三：
    - 對於永續來說，可以取代紙本參與證明。
    - 對於區塊鏈來說，它可以讓更多人知道相關的運用。
    - 未來將有更多人實際使用POAP或其他相關的區塊鏈科技運用。
    (We take the theme of sustainability as the starting point and make arrangements based on the three aspects of circular economy, blockchain and new innovation. There are three reasons why we would like to issue POAP:
    - For sustainability, it can replace the paper participation certificate.
    - For the blockchain, it allows more people to know the relevant applications.
    - In the future, more people will actually use POAP or other related blockchain technology applications.)
