The Curation Body made a negative review of your petition since it doesn’t quite comply with the POAP Quality Guidelines.
The POAP Foundation frowns on overly superficial forms of engagement farming. POAPs as a reward for promotional activities (like generic social media engagement, or simply joining a community) are usually rejected in absence of further information for consideration.

I feel I didn’t explain this drop well enough, so here’s a better description:
I’m one of the first NFTs to make a social media account, and this is to commemorate the event: my first day on the internet. I just happen to be giving them to my very first followers who were here to witness it and support me…

If it helps, I found a similar POAP approved on poap.delivery. Except my post doesn’t ask for any engagement at all, while this one requires retweeting, following, and posting ENS.

Once the POAP is negatively reviewed, we can’t change the status. You could re-submit the petition, but I can’t promise it will be positively reviewed.
As you’re planning to distribute the POAPs now, anyone can send you a DM and get a free POAP. This only attracts farmers (people who are only interested in getting free NFTs) and not real members of your community.
I suggest to create an event with your community to celebrate and reward every participant with a POAP.
POAPs are minted as an attestation to a collector’s attendance (physical, virtual, or spiritual) at an event; a gift from issuers to collectors which acknowledge the non-material (and yet, invaluable) contributions that members of a community contribute to its collective health. POAPs can be issued for special events and memorable moments of all sizes, physically or virtually, provided good cause to do a drop.
