Not sure? Usually it is within 24 hours? This is a live event and we are very careful to avoid leaks and farmers.

Hey @Melissa,

Your drop is nice, but it doesn’t quite comply with the POAP Quality Guidelines.
That’s why the Curation Body made a negative review of your petition.

There were several issues I wanted to bring to your attention:

  1. It was noticed that your artwork has been used for other drops 28340 and 29821. POAPs are collector’s items, and as such, should be developed with a certain degree of craftsmanship. Petitions with repetitive artworks are often negatively reviewed by the foundation.

:point_right: For future events: Please make each POAP artwork unique, for each unique moment in time.

  1. Distribution: As it’s a past event, it would be fine if you tracked the event somehow, for example with Degen bot. The Degen bot Allows for automated distribution of POAPs to attendees of Discord stages or Twitter Spaces. You can read more about the subject here: Third-Party POAP Tools | POAP Help Center

Let us know if you have any other questions.

All the best,
The POAP Curation Body

We use premint. We collect the addresses by having our members connect their discord through their wallets and we also require a password to keep out farmers. We collected the addresses, and social handles on the day of the live event and distribute the PAOPs after. I have the addresses. I previously sent out an email to POAP asking about the artwork, I was told it could be the same for limited series. This is a 6 week series. The next series will have brand new art work. UD has been issuing POAPs for a very long time. We use them very responsibly. Recently, it is taking us longer and longer and more hoops are being put in place. I do understand the ethos, and we have put measures in place to make sure the POAPs we use for our community are not leaked, or poached or farmed. POAPs in our communities are used for raffles for our most engaged community members. We ask for small numbers, we respect the rules and only reward behaviors we can prove. I stopped asking for POAPs for podcasts even though we use premint for that as well that includes being a member of our discord community, above a level 5, and was password protected with a secret word. I am truly doing my best to be a good POAP issuer. Do I need to change the art to get this one approved? The workshop was Wednesday I would like to get the POAPs to those who earned them.

And just for more detail. The Degenbot will give POAPs to people who did not attend. We can make sure they only go to those who were there live with Premint. It is more secure which is why we do not use it and opted to purchase premint.

Hey, I put these through, but the simplest thing is just to add the date to the art somewhere so that it’s slightly variable (but still serial.)

I changed the art all together. Waiting for approval on the new version. Thank you for your help. <3

Thank you!
Can you please share the new event IDs so we can check the status of your new petitions?

I just gave up on these and used the original. @isabel approved them. I used different art in the one for this week to be extra sure for workshop #4… Alas, I asked for 250 codes. I was sent 50. So, here I am again asking for help. I am trying to set up the POAP.Delivery. Event 32151. We only keep the premint form to register for a POAP open during the live event. We are very careful. We collect the addresses using a secret word only given verbally in the workshop, we also premint as an extra over the top security measure. Then we use POAP.DELIVERY. I am begging you… Please help make this process more streamlined for trusted users. Can you whitelist good users? I spend so much time going back and forth with the team for the smallest things. It seems inefficient for the issuers that value poaps and issue them properly and inefficient for your team.

I am also still waiting on the POAP.Delivery approval for #31289 (Workshop 3)

Hey @Melissa

It seems you are confused about which distribution method to choose, which makes us difficult the review process for your petitions. POAP delivery is for on-chain activity (for online workshops the best option would be Secret, mint links, or a Secret Website in the case is a small and private event).

Could you please reach out to the POAP Customer Support team? They can help you find the right distribution method for your events. You can chat with them via the chat bubble on our FAQs website

Thanks,
The POAP Curation Body

Hi can I not use POAP.Delivery?

I use PREMINT which is ON CHAIN.

Hey @Melissa

Sorry, we didn’t know Premint, we did some research and concluded that’s a good option to prove on-chain activity

Curators made a positive review of your delivery petition #31289, congrats! :dizzy:
Is there any other petition pending?

Thank you! It was partially my fault as well. I thought I had to request codes to request POAP.delivery. I was not requesting 0 POAPs for drops. Had no idea. Thank you for the clarity! Appreciate you guys!

Last thing I am waiting on is Event 32151. The POAP.DELIVERY APPROVAL for that one. I now know I should not have requested links if I am doing POAP.Delivery. I have been making POAPs for a long time and never knew that!

NP! We’re all learning

32151 has already been positive reviewed :dizzy:
