Why do you believe this petition is being held? - i love poap and very glad you are offering this free service to the crypto community - tbh im a bit annoyed, already had an issue that wasnt solved bc everyone ignored that the expiry date was imminent and having now again and again delays. just want to ship the badges to the users. arent you able to whitelist some creator mails? We did over 50 events, doing our best to minimize cheating and some times we still all of the sudden get some very bubblegum-like approvals and processes. Again really apprecciate you and your team for doing all this, but yeah i think a whitelist is probably a good suggestion :wink:
    Sometimes, the information received by curators is insufficient to produce a positive review. If you have an idea about what may have flagged your submission, including it here may help

  1. You’re using the same artwork that you used for petition #25940
  2. How do you plan to distribute the mint links?

We don’t “whitelist” issuers. If you follow the Quality Guidelines, the Curation Body will review the petitions within 24 hours :slight_smile:

yes - its the same artwork, we did the drop in batches, this is the final one. the other ones are expired but have been distributed as far as possible (You requested more mint links for your drop - #26284 - #9). As i wrote we want to create a delivery for the last batch, but i cant create one until the event is approved.

Sorry - but i thought your template asked for suggestions, must have misunderstood. Anyway i think POAP should consider something like a whitelist. Why should an issuer create 50 (or any number) of approved badges/drops and then somehow start to violate the guidelines. I still dont know whats the reason for the review? We started this topic bc of the delay, Is it your questions? If i want to create a delivery, i simply dont have the option to say that i want to this at the drop-creation. It is also unclear how many codes should i request, if i want to use the delivery afterwards - does it even matter? Again - i love poap but i think you must ask more question at the drop-creation (leave a comment for the curation body or something like this) to reduce the delays/work for you and the issuer

To add a comment: you wanted me to create a delivery for #26824 but the event expired. So I created another one to create it finally.

I’m sorry, but artwork can’t be repeated for different drops. You can add, for instance, the number of the badge or the date on the artwork to make it different.

For delivery: you only create the petition as usual and then set up a delivery: How Do I Set Up Delivery? | POAP Help Center
You don’t need to have a positive review on the mint links petition to create a delivery.

Ser, I tried to create a delivery 3d ago and it gave me something like: “error invalid secret” - so i asked in the chat - Lorena told me this:

thats the reason i reached out.

i added to the artwork a IV - declaring it is batch 4 and as you mentioned it is now a different artwork. Now the next problem, in order to create another drop (and afterwards a delivery) i have to change the title of #31152 to something else bc i want to reuse it for the “new” drop. But it says “edition expired” - expiry date is 2022 - 07 - 01 - anyway, i changed it again to a 5 - and created drop/batch 5 - can you please approve it so i can create a delivery
