People, who attended the our first Spaces Event are waiting for their POAP - we requested more Links yesterday and after 24 hours, we didn’t get them. Could you please create 20 new Links?
As we can see, you had another petition approved (#28338) with the same artwork and 0 claims. Can you please check it? You can use those mints.
Also, there is an issue I wanted to bring to your attention:
It was noted that your drop #28508 may have experienced some farming issues.
For your community & ours farming doesn’t add value. Farmers are only after Free NFTs, they add no community value or engagement. We want to make sure POAPs only are given to true community members & actual participants.
#28338 has a similar artwork, but not the one we wanted to use.
The artwork is different and you can see it in the reflection of the golden M.
28508 should show Josephine’s Artwork in the reflection, that’s the one we want to use.
Can we have more link claims for 20508 (people are waiting) and instead close #28338?
How do I prevent farming → It’s the first time we used POAP and I only sent it to people DMing me on Twitter after the Spaces-
Best regards,
Jan Leitenbauer
Hey @MovieShots,
Unfortunatelly, it is not possible to issue more mint links because there’s no way to retroactively distribute those (how do you know who participated in the event?).
Best practices for Twitter Spaces:
You can request Secret Word. We recommend keeping a 15min mint window:
Please let me know if you have any additional comments questions or queries!
We’ll only send it to people, who requested the POAP on the day of the event via Twitter DM. They are waiting for the POAP among them the guest of the Spaces, Josephine, who now doesn’t even have a Poap that shows her artwork.
Hey @MovieShots,
I’m sorry but Curators made a negative review of your petition.
I would recommend to use the links from #28338.
For future events:
Please check the POAP Quality Guidelines & the POAP distribution methods article. You can also chat with the Customer Support team via the chat bubble at the POAP website. They will help you find the best distribution method for your event.
