Can I please get help getting the website for claiming POAPs approved? LuckyTrader.com and Fractional.art have begun a charity drive to raise 1 million dollars to help bring clean water to those in need and we really need the POAP codes. Please help!

we are not sure how many people will be attending the event, this is a charity drive for charity water. We are hoping for 5,000 donors and would like each donor to receive a POAP. We are hoping you can provide a link where donors can go to claim the POAP, hopefully I set up the website correctly in your system
If I have requested too many claims please approve what you can and I am happy to request more if our charity does really well

If you plan to distribute the POAPs to the people who donated, the best distribution method would be Delivery.

It is a virtual event but we were hoping to use the website claim method. We would put the link on our website for them to claim after they donate. We need to limit the manual efforts if possible. Would this be ok?
The issue is they are technically donating at the charity water site not ours. We are just advertising the campaign and rewarding top donors with an nft and all donors with a POAP.
if the number we are requesting is an issue we can drop that down to whatever you can provide, we just would like to start providing the link for donors to mint as soon as we can
Can we switch our distribution method to using the secret word option? Would that be possible if we cannot use the web link option?
Can I please get some help with this ticket? Just please tell me what you need me to change in the POAP set up and I will do so. I am happy to switch to using the secret word distribution method, please just let me know what to do so I can get this POAP activated.

POAP.website is not a good option for events with large attendance, those where attendees may leak the URL. Keep in mind that you have a limited number of POAPs to be claimed via a URL and if the link is leaked the actual attendees may not receive their POAPs.
Can you please provide more information on how you track the donations? With this info we can help you fin the best POAP Distribution method.

We plan to track the people who donate to the fundraiser by their wallet address. Everyone who donates will appear on our leaderboard with a fractional/Luckytrader symbol. We also plan to check the donations through etherscan and award a POAP for everyone that donates. I was hoping for a very large pool of attendees but it is very possible we have 100 or less based on how it is going so far. You can see the leaderboard here:

I think we are ok with only requesting 100 codes for now, as we are off to a very slow start, it might be significantly less than 100 but I am hoping for the best. I can have them use the app and a secret word to claim if that works best. Just let me know how to proceed so that I can get the POAP claim process live as soon as possible.

one question though, do I have to wait until the campaign is over to start distributing POAPs? Or can I go back and add a few addresses each week as the campaign will last at least a month?

It’s not possible to add new addresses to the Delivery.
You will need to create a new delivery each week.

so it is ok request a delivery each week? Great! I will likely have 5-10 addresses at a time. I just wanted to make sure I could make deliveries each week. The charity drive will go until the end of March I believe.
