The live AMA with Vitalik had been successfully held on Feb 04, it turned out the audience was larger than we expected. We have distributed the issued 500 POAPs, and more active participants wanted to have this commemorate POAP, even Vitalik wants one. So we decided to apply 200 more POAPs. And these additional POAPs would be mannually distributed on Feb 5th or Feb 6th.

The Chinese New Year is around the corner, we have invited Vitalik Buterin to have a live AMA with our Chinese audience, sharing his view of the year of 2021 in Ethereum and how 2022 will unfold. We want to issue POAPs as a badge of this special event.)
I’m sorry, but your petition got a negative review by the Curation Body as it was noted that your last drops may have experienced some farming issues.
For your community & ours farming doesn’t add value. Farmers are only after Free NFTs, they add no community value or engagement. We want to make sure POAPs only are given to true community members & actual participants.
Let me clarify a few things here if the farming issues you found is on our discord. Firstly, we distributed our last drops manually via DM EthereumCN. This is our rule. Those sending secret words on public channels did not get one. So they could not farm. And it did made the farmers emotional and even angry. Secondly, the live with Vitalik had attracted many more people to join our discord, the highest viewing population reached 16k, but we only have 500 POAPs to distribute. Only those followed us along and watched our live from the beginning to the end knew how to get our POAP. Before the live, we had other interactive activities with our community members, such as nft design contest, voting, and summitting questions for AMA. During the live, some of our community members helped translating the questions from Chinese to English, some informing the new comers of the rules. We think these community members did add community value and engagment. We really hope we can reward them with this commemorate POAP.
We surely understand your concern and we agree that POAPs should not be randomly distributed to farmers. Please reconsider our petition
I happened to see this question and I actually participated in this event. I just want to say that the rules for distributing poap in this event are unfair. First of all, the rules for distributing poap cannot prevent farmers from receiving it, because many people have a few even Dozens of discord accounts, they can dm send passwords without participating in the event, because the passwords are public, and secondly because I participated in the live broadcast of station b from beginning to end, and dm sent passwords as required, but did not receive one poap, those poap farmers received poap through the very early DM, but they didn’t watch the live broadcast, they just saw the secret words sent by others in the WeChat group and discord server.
So I think we should set up the poap machine in the dcl game, or distribute the poap in the form of filling in the form, rather than in the form of dm secret words
This is tough I understand the anger from the community + but also see how this could have been prevented…
