This is actually a reissue of a previously accepted POAP but there was confusion about how to claim it.

Typically, artwork is not allowed to be re-used
- At the least edits with the new release date must be added.
However this is an delivery of a past drop + the circumstances

Unfortunately, we can’t reissue for deliveries. This event was initially in January.
